Ingredients

HANDY SPA award-winning 100% handmade organic soap contains organic therapeutic ingredients without dangerous chemical-toxic substances or toxic colors, fragrances and allergens that harm your health.

Suitable for all skin types and all ages.

Water reverse osmosis: soap of the highest quality: as pure as the water source. Reverse osmosis filtration system can filter rust, harmful minerals, chemicals, fluorine, chlorine, salts, bacteria, parasites, microorganisms, lead, asbestos, chemical impurities, etc.
Wrapping/Packaging: each platelet of HANDY SPA handmade organic soap is packaged in a recyclable box after being wrapped in a special paper that is suitable and safe for food packaging and does not contain substances that may pose a risk to human health. It also has high resistance to high temperatures and protects the soap from dust, microbes and other external factors (heat, humidity, etc.).

HOW TO USE

Rub the soap on your skin to form a lather. Rinse with water and repeat the process until a nice creamy lather is formed. Apply the lather to your body, face and hair. Leave the foam on your skin for 1-2 minutes and then rinse well with water and dry. Rinse well with water and dry. Keep the soap bar dry between uses to prolong its life.

Cancellation Policy, Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days (14) without giving reasons. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier who took or has taken possession of the goods designated by you and who is the carrier.

inform you by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or email sent by post) of your decision to revoke this Agreement. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days (14) from the date on which we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest domestic standard delivery offered by us). For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the Goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to our customer service immediately and in any case within fourteen days (14) at the latest from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The time limit is only met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period (14). You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

They shall be liable for any depreciation of the goods only if such depreciation is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to examine their nature, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of revocation: The right of revocation does not apply in the cases specified in §312g paragraph 2 BGB. In addition, this right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or destination by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs, or to contracts for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded.
