Shipping and payment information
The dispatch of the articles takes place usually within 14-21 days after order. In each product description beside the price, we refer to the special delivery times and forwarding expenses, so that you keep the overview. We are also happy to deliver to an address of your choice, for example neighbours, friends or acquaintances.
Shipping costs
The minimum shipping costs in our online shop are from 14,95 EUR. The respective shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and in the order process. That's something to watch out for. We supply the area D, AT, CH, as well as European and non-European countries. Our shipping partners are: Courier Center Greece, DHL, DPD and United Parcel Service.

We deliver your order free of charge to your home within EU from a value of goods (only cosmetic products) of EUR 250. We will refund the shipping costs separately after the order by credit note!
